One of the reasons I became a health coach is because for many years my life was crippled by chronic fatigue, chronic insomnia, frequent infections, daily migraines and digestive problems, leading to dramatic, unexplained weight loss, as well as malabsorption of nutrients from the food I ate. I also suffered from constant inflammation and severe muscle and joint pain. Little did I know that all these symptoms were somehow connected. I was eventually diagnosed with Candida, a systemic yeast infection, and major food sensitivities were also uncovered.

After I went through an elimination diet, I felt like a new woman. I felt energized, refreshed and so much healthier than I’d been in many years. I finally identified which foods were making me unwell and which foods nourished my body, giving me vitality and strength.
